A tip for when your package arrives.
please film the process of opening your package, from opening the box (cutting the tape and everything) to taking out the pins. If there are any issues at all, you can provide proof to me of how it arrived. This will be proof for any damges, missing items...
I am a very understanding person and will try to aid in any way I can.
What payments do you accept?
For now I only accept Paypal as a payment method.
How does the pre-order work?
It is an open pre-order, which means there is a time limit but no limit to the amount of pins available for pre-order.
The final order numbers will be given to the manu after the PO closes.
If you missed the PO there will still be a change at an in hand drop but this will depend and will be extremely limited.
Do you accept group orders?
Yes, I do. For a group order please contact me through either the contact form or DM on Instagram, the shipping charges will be different for these and we can check some things insurance wise if needed.
Is there a limit on the amount of pins I order?
No, you can get as many as you would like, I would like to ask if you are planning on ordering 6+ pins at the same time to contact me since the weight of the package will be different and the shipping fees will change. The shipping rate right now is a flat rate per region on which I already sometimes have to fund parts myself but it is impossible otherwise to work per country.
How is your grading policy?
Grading is not available although I will of course check all pins myself. Expect B-grades: minor scratches, under-fill, dots, air bubbles, dust, plating might be missing in small parts, over fill, minor missing lines, scuffed enamel...
Please remind that pins are a product that are handmade, we try to get them as perfect as possible but since it is an entirely handcrafter item, flaws are possible.
Heavily damaged pins will be filtered out by myself and of course won't be sent out.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final, refunds are not possible
If you made a mistake during the pre-order by adding too many items to your basket, please let me know. In this case I can check for a refund but a full refund won't be possible due to the paypal fees that are going to be deducted.
If I made a mistake in your order please reach out to me so we can talk and figure it out, everything can easily be fixed and sorted.
How long will it take until I get my pins?
This heavily depends on the design of the pin and the process at the manufacturer. The more detailed and bigger the pin the longer it takes.

Where do you ship from?
I ship from Belgium in the EU.
Due to the recent problematics around the tariffs I will put a full disclaimer here that the customer is responsible for taxes and customs charges due to import for the package.
Do you ship everywhere in the world?
As far as I know there aren't any exceptions but if there are any issues for shipping to your country, I will contact you personally
My package was lost or stolen, what now?
Once a package has been send off I am no longer responsible for it. You can contact me of course and we will file a claim for your package at the right service. You can purchase extra insurance with your order for a fee in case you wish to extra insure your package. The price of the extra insurance depends on where you are shipping the package to and the value. There are different options available.
I already pre-ordered one pin but now decided I wanted more. Can we combine the orders and shipping?
Of course! I will be best to shoot me a message on instagram or fill out the contact page but normally if you use the same order name and address the orders should be automatically combined. I will check if the shipping paid covers the ordered items and anything above the required amount will be refunded to you.
My PayPal Buyer Protection is almost expired, do you accept a refund and will you let me repurchase for a new Protection?
Yes, you can renew your PayPal Buyer Protection, but the refund given will never be a full refund, PayPal fees will be deducted from the refund and during repurchase, you'll need to pay the full amount of the original price again.
